When is the conference?
The 2017 conference is a two day event on Saturday 14 – Sunday 15, 2017. Since Sunday is a BONUS day, we do not sell individual tickets for either Saturday or Sunday only unless you are only attend the EXPO (Shopping and activities upstairs only).
How long is the conference?
Saturday, January 14, 2017 will be from 8a.m.-8p.m. and Sunday, January 15, 2017 will be from 10 a.m.- 5p.m.

How much are the tickets and what does it include?
Early bird tickets through November 30, 2016 are $247 each; with a fee charge of $7.17 for each ticket purchased via eventbrite. After this date, the ticket will be it’s regular price of $297.

Can I purchase a ticket for Saturday or Sunday only?
No. The tickets are purchased for a one day event on Saturday, January 14, 2017; with Sunday, January 15, 2017 being a BONUS day that was added as a gift to all attendees. If you can only attend one day, that is fine.
How do I register? What time is registration?
Register on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 8 a.m. at the conference registration desk.
Register on Sunday, January 15, 2017 – Walk into the conference room with your wristband and badge. No registration required.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
There is an option for you to put your dietary restrictions in the check-out section when you purchase your ticket. We will try to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
Where will I be seated?
Requests for special seating cannot be accommodated.

Yes. We welcome and encourage men to attend.
Are children and teens allowed to attend the conference?
Yes. We welcome mature children and teens. There are discounted tickets for children and teens. No children under 12 years old allowed. Women Doing It Big founder Tiana Von Johnson is all about encouraging the youth to tap into their inner passion and began building their brand through entrepreneurship. Feel free to bring your teenagers to the event.

No. All transportation arrangements are the responsibility of attendees.

Am I responsible for arranging and paying for my own air travel?
Can I make an announcement at the event?
We are delighted when women choose to celebrate special occasions at our events. However, due to the number of announcements that must be made in order to keep the event flowing smoothly it is extremely rare that we have the opportunity to make birthday, anniversary, or other personal announcements. Thank you for understanding.
Is the conference available in Spanish or other languages?
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
No. This is an exclusive VIP Advance tickets only event. Secure your VIP seat ASAP! Registration ends on December 10, 2016.
Will I be able to take pictures or get an autograph from the speakers/artists?
Yes you will be able to take pictures. However, you will not be able to take pictures or receive autographs from the Celebrity speakers/artists unless you upgrade your ticket for the celebrity meet-n-greet. More information will be sent early January.
Can I bring food/drinks with me?
Unfortunately, the facility forbids bringing outside food and drinks into their building.
Is there parking at the venue?
The hotel offers parking for $47. There are other parking garages in the area that varies in price. Please google the garages in the area before your arrival to insure you are getting the best parking desired. There is metered parking on the streets, however, we would advise all attendees to park in a parking garage to insure your car is not ticketed. As well as, so you do not have to continuously interrupt the event in order to attend the meters all day.

The event is during the winter season which means it will be extremely cold and may even be snowing. Dress heavy and warm.

May I bring a friend, child, or family member with me?
No. Guests may not accompany you to the event unless they are registered for the event themselves.
Are there parking, hotel, or travel arrangements for volunteers?
No. Volunteers are responsible for any parking fees, hotel and travel expenses.
If I can’t be there for the entire scheduled time, but can make it to most of the event, may I still volunteer?
No. You must be available for the entire scheduled volunteer time.
